This very charming brand Kicokids was created in 2003 by Tia Cibani. She initially launched kicokids in reference to nostalgia and the innocence of childhood. Later on she was joined by Shu Pu whose love for all things quirky and different brought another dimension to the brand. From this amazing collaboration is born another fabulous collection for Autumn/Winter 2011. Firstly I love the vintage mood of this campaign, and the super adorable tulle dresses and cute cardigans.

It is always so exciting and inspiring to discover new amazing blogs about kids decor and fashion. And Kenziepoo is a great place to fall in love with new decor ideas, discover new fab kids labels and win amazing giveaways! I also love the story behind this great blog mainly because it reminds me of why I also started where the wild kids are. Like me, Rachelle was inspired to start her blog after having her little girl Kenzie. She now shares her love for beautiful children things on Kenziepoo and amazingly enough she is also the editor for one of my favourite mag : La Petite Magazine. I am completely addicted to my Milk magazine, I can spend hours seating in the garden in the sun, flicking through this beautiful magazine. I especially love this editorial! It reminds me of South africa and the amazing landscapes and open spaces we are blessed with.

I stumbled upon this very sweet blog " one claire day", written by Claire from North Queensland, Australia. I fell in love with these images of the bedroom she has made for her little girl Eulalie. There are so many beautiful objects and details. I am especially fond of the wooden rail where all of Eulalie's pretty little dresses are hanging.

I am having a nostalgic moment with this french label : " Coeur Grenadine". Created by french singer/song writer Laurent Voulzy, Coeur Grenadine named after one of his 80's hit is a beautiful clothing collection for girls. This A/W collection was shot in London and has a very british flair, Laurent was definitely inspired by his love for cool Britannia!

This brand is super quirky and has a definite dark side especially with this new shoot. They have lots of new products and I love the name they have given to them like The Secretman Pillow in the 1st pic and Bobo and Sailor Jack seating on their stools looking rather mischievous.

a trip to Etsy

Etsy can be a really great place to find creatives and designers of all sorts. This morning I had a little browse around and found this great kids shop called Kate Emerson Designs. I love the fact these garments are handmade and produced in a small design studio. This shop is owned by a mum of 2, Kait, in Huntington Beach in California. She has made some really cute garments like the polka dots dress in the 1st picture. I'm always super keen to support small businesses!

Finger In The Nose A/W 2011!

... I don't know why it's taken me that long to put this post up as Finger In the Nose is my ultimate favourite kids label... They have an edge in their designs which I love! For their autumn/winter collection this year they have an amazing collection of Scandinavian inspired knitted wear. Their attention to details is so great to see in kids clothing like the black girl's coat in the first picture... So beautifully made!
