I have what you could call "a thing" for Japan, I am completely addicted to sushi and must have it at least once a week ( Minato's Aga dashi is to die for), I have beautiful vintage pictures of Geishas on my walls as well as tattooed on my back... so I guess it is not so surprising that, when I first saw these pictures, I wanted to know more about the photographer. His name Osamu Yokonami. I especially enjoy this serie of pictures because of the strong reference to traditional Japanese culture... His website also has an amazing series of children's portraits called "100 Children"which is definitely worth checking out.
